Zac’s Perfect Chili

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 


 

1 lb ground beef

2 onions

 

1 can pinto beans (15 oz)

1 can hominy (15 oz)

3 cans tomatoes (15 oz each)

1 small can tomato paste (6 oz)

¼ cup water

Spices

2 Tbl minced garlic

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp black pepper

dash cayenne


 

 

Directions:

1.     In skillet, brown ground beef; drain excess fat

2.     Add chopped onions, cook until onions are tender

3.     Put everything in the crock-pot EXCEPT pinto beans

4.     Cook for 7 hours on low

5.     Add pinto beans about a half an hour before serving
